- Stealth mode // no feedback from the market
- Decentralization too early // before PMF
- Effective management // OKRs principles
Great points, but..
Be in stealth mode is ok, not a long time. Share as early as possible. Semi-stealth is ok, you can hide some secret feature (know how), but not what you are going to build in general.
Surprise-surprise, turns out decentralization is too early. Do we need such decentralization at all ?)
Effective management is for corps not for startups. Startups == chaos management :)
“Alice: Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?
The Cheshire Cat: That depends a good deal on where you want to get to.
Alice: I don’t much care where.
The Cheshire Cat: Then it doesn’t much matter which way you go.
Alice: …So long as I get somewhere.
The Cheshire Cat: Oh, you’re sure to do that, if only you walk long enough.” [link]
Long enough!
